Job summary

inDrive is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead loyalty and engagement for drivers worldwide. You will own the loyalty roadmap, design game mechanics like badges and leaderboards, and develop tiered programs that reward active drivers.

You will collaborate with research, data, and regional teams to understand driver motivations beyond fare, grow retention, increase trip frequency, and reduce churn, while building a sense of community on the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in mobile apps or mobility platforms.
• Experience with gamification and loyalty mechanics.
• Data-driven approach with ability to measure retention and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Loyalty Strategy.
• Design Game Mechanics (badges, leaderboards, tiers).
• Develop Loyalty Programs with tangible driver benefits.
• Foster Community through social features and engagement.
• Define and Grow Key Metrics: retention, trips per driver, churn.
• Champion the Driver's Voice with research and regional teams.
