inDrive is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own its largest cross-team programs end to end, working across dozens of teams with product and engineering leadership to define what to build, when, and how.

You will operate where product intent meets technical reality, spending time in architecture reviews, design decisions, and trade-off analyses, while mentoring TPMs and coordinating the program portfolio.

Competenze

• End-to-End ownership of large cross-org programs from initiation to adoption.
• Partner with Product Managers to scope and refine requirements and shape programs.
• Drive prioritisation and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering to land value early.
• Identify, map and resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts.
• Understand architecture and contribute to system design decisions for scalability and reliability.
• Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions spanning multiple services and markets.

• Work with Engineering managers to create products and drive impact throughout the development lifecycle.
