Job summary

CNTXT AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products from concept to launch. You will collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7-8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer feedback
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal teams, customers, and market trends
• Write detailed product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features and improvements
• Monitor product performance and user analytics, iterate based on insights
• Communicate product updates to stakeholders, leadership, and customers
• Work closely with marketing and sales to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Drive A/B testing, user research, and feedback loops to validate product decisions
