Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Manager for Fund Services to lead Investor AML/KYC strategy and delivery across global fund jurisdictions. You will shape product policy, pricing and client solutions in a cross-functional team spanning Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance.

The role requires extensive AML/KYC expertise, regulatory interpretation skills and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Substantial experience in financial services incl. Transfer Agency, Fund Administration or Trustee services.
Deep expertise in Investor AML/KYC and financial crime risk control (CDD/EDD, sanctions, monitoring).
Ability to translate regulatory developments into product policy and operating-model decisions.
Experience owning Investor AML/KYC product or operations in fund-servicing.
Strong knowledge of funds industry, securities markets and market infrastructure.
Understanding of technology/data landscape supporting Transfer Agency and AML/KYC.
Ability to set strategy, design solutions, deliver change and balance priorities.
Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills with senior client audiences.
AML compliance or financial crime qualification or equivalent experience.
UAE visa requirement: degree and 4-year contract alignment under New Labour Law.

Responsibilities

Own the global Investor AML/KYC strategy and roadmap across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
Translate market, client and regulatory developments into executable initiatives across jurisdictions.
Assess opportunities and enhancements for client value, control, scalability and profitability.
Build Investor AML/KYC capability across fund jurisdictions with clear service standards.
Define proposition, policies and documentation aligned across Europe and Asia.
Set pricing approaches and maintain rate cards for profitability and risk objectives.
Collaborate with Technology and Global Product Delivery on architecture and digital enablement.
Sponsor and govern change, including business cases and prioritisation for platforms.
