Job summary

DISCOVERED is seeking a Product Lead in Abu Dhabi to own the strategy and delivery for a portfolio of established government platforms. The role focuses on modernizing with AI, shaping a common platform and aligning with senior government stakeholders.

You will drive discovery, governance, and end-to-end delivery, balancing innovation with privacy, security and regulatory considerations across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in product management or digital transformation.
• Experience on government or large-scale public-sector platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance in structured approvals.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and privacy/security considerations.
• Bachelor's degree; master's/MBA or certification is a plus.

• Define product-level goals, KPIs and success metrics across adoption, client satisfaction, uptime and delivery.
• Drive convergence of related products onto a common platform for faster expansion into new jurisdictions.

You will own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for a portfolio of established platforms, with a direct mandate to modernize them with practical AI capabilities and to shape the common platform that underpins the organization's expansion strategy. You will work closely with senior government stakeholders, technology and delivery teams, and report into the Head of Product on one of the most visible product mandates in the region's public sector.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of established government platforms, translating government priorities and user needs into clear outcomes and delivery plans.
• Define product-level goals, KPIs and success metrics across adoption, client satisfaction, service uptime and delivery quality.
• Drive convergence of related products onto a common platform, enabling faster, near off-the-shelf expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Act as primary product owner for government stakeholders, running discovery, requirements workshops and roadmap discussions, and representing performance in governance forums.
• Own delivery end-to-end - from discovery through launch, adoption and continuous improvement — prioritizing the backlog and driving corrective action when performance slips.
• Identify and deliver practical AI and automation opportunities within the portfolio, balancing innovation with privacy, security and regulatory considerations.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across technology, UX, operations, finance and third-party partners, and manage product-level risk.

Discover the Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in product management, digital product development or digital transformation, including demonstrated work on government or large-scale public-sector platforms.
• A track record of owning complex digital products end-to-end, from strategy and requirements through delivery, launch and value realization.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience, comfortable operating in structured approval environments.
• A track record of driving client satisfaction, service quality and platform reliability - uptime, SLAs, incident management.
• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms, APIs, system integrations and Agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled products and automation, with awareness of privacy, security and responsible-use considerations.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's, MBA or recognized product/agile certification is a plus.
