Job summary

Confidential AI Hiring is seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI Governance to lead the data layer and intelligent systems in a next-generation governance platform. The role is based in Cairo with up to 40% travel to Abu Dhabi/Dubai and flexible work-from-home options.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data management, policy enforcement, and model monitoring features. A strong ML and software engineering background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record launching complex platforms.
• Strong background in data engineering, data architecture or data science.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, APIs, big data, distributed systems and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) leveraging data and AI services.
• Experience building AI/ML models, especially generative AI and agent-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, design, and delivery of the core data layer underpinning an AI governance platform.
• Translate regulatory, ethical, and operational AI requirements into features (auditability, lineage, metadata).
• Oversee data quality, provenance management, and intelligent agents for policy automation.
• Drive model fine-tuning, training infrastructure management (GPU/CPU).
• Develop agentic AI, generative AI tools, and ML-driven governance features (explainability, drift detection, access controls).
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure, high-quality deliveries.
• Define and manage roadmap, prioritization, sprints, and releases.
