Job summary

Auxo Talent partners with a fast-growing fintech in Dubai to recruit an AI Product Manager who will own the roadmap for AI-driven products, spanning automation, fraud tooling, and customer-facing AI features. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data science, and compliance to translate what is possible into products customers actually want.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists, ship frequently, and measure impact with defined success metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with AI/ML exposure.
• Experience in financial services or regulated fintech.
• Fluent in discussing ML concepts with engineers and data scientists.
• Track record of shipping products end-to-end.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with startup pace and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with AI governance / model risk in finance.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap for their AI-driven products - from intelligent automation and fraud/risk tooling to customer-facing AI features. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial strategy, translating what's technically possible into products customers actually want.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the platform
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship AI capabilities
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and user stories
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products meet regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry preferred
• Strong technical fluency - comfortable in conversations with ML engineers and data scientists

• Excellent communication skills; able to flex between technical and non-technical audiences
