Job summary

Nirvana is seeking a product leader to own the roadmap and execution of core platforms and data foundations. You will engage with customers, brokers, and underwriters to prioritize problems and align on technical requirements.

With 4–7 years in product management and a track record of shipping 0–1 products, you will shape the long-term vision for pricing and the broader product suite, coordinating Engineering, Data Science, Actuaries, and GTM teams in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles.
• Experience shipping 0-1 products.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data/numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to earn credibility with technical partners in data science and engineering.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams on aggressive timelines in high-growth startup environments.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline preferred (CS, Engineering, etc.)
