Job summary

Bain & Company in Dubai seeks an Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation, to lead omnichannel solutions across industries, define strategic vision, and deliver client‑aligned experiences. You will drive human‑centered design, guide agile development, mentor teams, and manage senior stakeholders from planning to execution while exploring emerging technologies including generative AI.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of product management experience with agile, design thinking, and software development practices
• Expert in four lenses (feasibility, viability, desirability, strategy) and agile product management
• Hands-on experience in AI solutions and building business cases for product value
• Experience using Gen‑AI powered product management tools (ProductBoard, Jira, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures and end-to-end workflows
• Strong design thinking leadership and cross-functional team facilitation
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Own Product Planning, Roadmaps, and Execution
