Keet is hiring a Product Engineering Lead based in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead API and frontend engineering teams responsible for turning product strategy into reliable features, shaping architecture, and maintaining a high engineering bar.

You will partner with product leadership, report to the CTO, and own technical decisions while empowering teams to scale a privacy-focused, peer-to-peer consumer product for global reach.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading software engineers delivering consumer-facing products.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript and React for frontend architecture decisions.
• Understanding of distributed and local-first systems, offline-first operation, and eventual consistency.
• Collaborates with product leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• Leads by example, mentors engineering leads, and drives high-quality delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead the API and frontend engineering teams day to day, removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Own the technical design of product features and the API boundary between core and frontend experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate product vision into technically viable initiatives.
• Mentor engineering leads and raise the bar for architecture, performance, and reliability.
• Encourage experimentation and AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.
