Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including senior/lead roles.
• Proven track record shipping consumer products at scale (tens of millions of users).
• Experience leading engineers and running sprint cadences with cross-functional teams.
• Deep JavaScript and React skills; able to read/write production code.
• Intuition for distributed and local-first systems.
• Hands-on experience shipping mobile apps (iOS/Android) with App Store/Google Play.
• Experience with real-time voice and video calling products and QoS trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype concepts using AI tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product vision for Keet and set a path to 1 billion users.
• Analyze competitors and shape the roadmap around P2P advantages.
• Present vision, strategy, and progress to the board with clarity.
• Define growth strategy with measurable targets across acquisition/activation/retention.
• Develop deep understanding of Holepunch P2P stack to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering on hard P2P problems at scale.
• Own real-time calling experience (1:1 and group) with high quality.
• Prototype ideas quickly using AI tools and demonstrate concepts to stakeholders.
• Lead the product team, manage sprint cadence, and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, and marketing; manage dependencies.
• Oversee mobile release processes for iOS/Android and desktop distribution.
• Build privacy-preserving crash reporting and analytics.
