Job summary

TenTwenty is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Dubai to lead product design across web and mobile. This role is ideal for hands-on designers comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a client-facing environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, and high proficiency in Figma. The position involves managing user experiences, collaborating closely with teams, and presenting to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem-solving depth.
• Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or scalable systems.
• High proficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and client requirements into strong user experiences.
• Run and participate in client workshops, presentations, and design reviews.
• Present and defend design decisions with stakeholders.
• Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients.
