Job summary

Vira Games, an independent mobile gaming company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a senior product analytics professional to lead data-driven decisions across product and marketing. You will own metrics, define event-tracking requirements, and influence product strategy through rigorous analysis.

In this role, you’ll conduct advanced analytics, build scalable dashboards in BI tools, and collaborate closely with game producers and designers to prioritize development efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, marketing, or BI analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• High proficiency in SQL for complex queries and large datasets.
• Practical experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
• Deep knowledge of product and marketing metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROAS, etc.).
• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze key product and marketing metrics (DAU, MAU, Retention, LTV, etc.).
• Develop technical requirements for event tracking and monitor integration quality.
• Perform deep product analytics including segment analysis and retention funnels.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with producers and game designers to prioritize development.
• Standardize analytical processes and tracking methodologies.
• Build and automate dashboards in BI systems like Tableau.
