Job summary

VML MENA is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst in Dubai to lead the digital analytics capability across web and CRM for a major financial services client. You will set the analytical agenda, deliver insights that drive business decisions, and guide a small team of analysts, while presenting directly to clients and driving analytics strategy.

You will design measurement programs, develop high-impact dashboards, and stay ahead of analytics innovations to raise the bar across the agency.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in digital analytics, with a track record in senior roles.
• Deep expertise in GA4 360, data governance, and analytics storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and communicate with senior client stakeholders (C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics leadership and set the analytical agenda for digital and CRM.
• Define Digital Measurement Strategy across web and CRM for a major financial services client.
• Own GA4 360 governance, tagging schemas, data layer design, and data quality QA.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, growing analytics capability across the agency.
• Develop dashboards in PowerBI and Looker Studio to support daily and strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot analytics tools (GTM, Clarity/Hotjar, AppsFlyer/Adjust) and ensure data accuracy.
• Design and interpret A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
• Explore and deploy AI agents to enhance data queries, analysis, and visualization.
• Collaborate with CRM, strategy, and tech leads to embed measurement from the start.
• Mentor junior analysts and act as a senior client-facing analytics voice in reviews.
