Job summary

MORE Communications in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead an embedded content production team for a major entertainment and cultural destination. • Significant experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in an agency, production company, broadcaster or entertainment organisation.
• Proven experience producing social content and campaigns across formats and scales.
• Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of production from brief to delivery.
• Experience managing multiple productions, teams and deadlines.
• Strong budget, scheduling, supplier and resource management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong creative judgement for social and digital content.
• Ability to balance fast-moving social production with larger campaigns.
• Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions-focused.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for entertainment, culture, content and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operation for the embedded content team.
• Act as senior production point of contact for the client.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand their priorities.
• Manage productions across social-first content, always-on content and campaigns.
• Take projects from brief through to final delivery with proper planning and resourcing.
• Manage multiple productions simultaneously with competing deadlines.
• Ensure content is delivered on time, on budget and to required standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, crews, equipment, locations, freelancers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to turn ideas into productions.
• Oversee production process across shoots, post-production, approvals and delivery.
• Manage client feedback and approvals to keep projects moving.
• Identify production challenges early and provide solutions.
• Establish efficient processes and ensure team consistency.
• Mentor embedded production team and foster positive culture.
