Job summary

Salt in Dubai seeks a Creative Lead / Producer to bridge creative ideas and hands-on production. You will drive campaigns from concept to final delivery, working with creatives, strategists, designers, social teams, clients and partners to deliver high-quality work.

You will lead shoots, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure the creative vision stays consistent across formats, including social content, video and branded campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative or production agency environment.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating campaign and production work.
• Solid understanding of branding, social-first creative and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and production of integrated campaigns across social, branding and digital.
• Take concepts from idea through to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists and Social teams on concepts.
• Translate ideas into production plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead shoots and content productions with photographers, videographers, directors and editors.

• Oversee end-to-end production ensuring on-time delivery and high creative quality.

We are looking for a Creative Lead / Producer to join a fast-paced creative agency in Dubai, working across branding, social and content production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bridge creative ideas and execution - taking a campaign from initial concept and creative development through to production and final delivery.

You will work closely with creatives, strategists, designers, social teams, clients and external production partners to bring high-quality creative campaigns to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social-first creative, branding and content production, with the ability to lead projects, manage production and ensure the creative vision is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and production of integrated campaigns across social, branding and digital
• Take creative concepts from initial idea through to execution and delivery
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Strategists and Social teams to develop campaign concepts
• Translate creative ideas into clear production plans, timelines and deliverables
• Lead shoots and content productions, working with photographers, videographers, directors, editors, stylists and other production partners
• Source and manage external production talent, suppliers and freelancers where required
• Manage production budgets, timelines and resources
• Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required creative standard
• Be comfortable working across different formats including social content, video, photography, branded content, digital campaigns and larger creative productions
• Collaborate with clients to understand briefs and help shape creative solutions
• Present creative approaches and production recommendations to clients when required
• Problem-solve quickly when challenges arise during production
• Ensure consistency between the original creative concept and the final execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
• Stay on top of social, content and production trends and bring fresh ideas and approaches to the agency

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience within a creative agency, production agency, social agency or similar environment
• Strong experience across creative campaigns, social content and production
• Proven experience taking projects from concept through to final delivery
• Strong understanding of branding, social-first creative and visual storytelling
• Experience managing photoshoots, video productions and creative content shoots
• Strong project and production management skills
• Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and multiple stakeholders
• Able to work closely with creatives while also understanding the commercial and operational side of production
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency where priorities can change quickly
• Strong creative judgement and attention to detail
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant campaign and production work is essential
