Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) — Abu Dhabi Global Market is seeking a senior procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement for assigned stakeholders. You will develop procurement plans, lead bids, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate with bidders to secure favorable terms.

Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, contract drafting, budget advisory, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in procurement and purchasing.
• End-to-end procurement experience across goods and services.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procurement ethics.
• Proficiency in procurement software.
• Knowledge of international codes, incoterms, logistics, and supplier surveillance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and purchasing activities for assigned stakeholders
• Develop and execute procurement plans and RFXs
• Lead bidding processes, including prequalification, tender evaluation, and award recommendations
• Conduct commercial evaluations and lead negotiations with selected bidders
• Manage supplier relationships, performance monitoring, and risk assessment
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements
• Provide business advisory on budget construction and strategic project expenditure
• Mentor team members and manage performance to achieve organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
