The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong supplier evaluation skills, and a proven track record of achieving value for money while maintaining compliance with company policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end procurement experience in real estate/FM sectors.
• Strong supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract management skills.
• Experience aligning procurement with budgetary controls and policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from requisitions to PO issuance and delivery verification.
• Review requisitions across Facilities Management and Property Management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to set priorities and prevent delays to operations.
• Source materials, equipment, and services for multiple properties and FM needs.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and warranties; monitor supplier performance and compliance.
