Job summary

Mira Construction is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer in Dubai to lead end-to-end procurement, drive AI-enabled automation, and collaborate across project teams. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management to ensure timely delivery of materials for real estate development and engineering projects.

The candidate will implement automated workflows, streamline quotation analysis, and integrate with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation, or digital process improvements in procurement or related operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with ERP, procurement management, accounting, or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from identifying requirements to purchase orders, delivery coordination, and invoice verification.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Identify and implement automation for purchase requisitions, quotation collection and comparison, and PO processes.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support procurement planning, budget control, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Where applicable, manage procurement of construction materials, MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Lead AI-driven procurement transformation initiatives.
