Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Procurement Officer to join a top-tier supply chain team on major EPC projects.

You will manage procurement needs via ERP, forecast demand with other departments, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors to support large construction programs. You will initiate RFQs, compare offers, award contracts, and oversee subcontractor and service provider performance, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or Finance studies.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Construction sector is necessary.
• Understanding and professional experience with Procurement contracts.
• Local market knowledge in procurement of direct/indirect materials & sub-contracts.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement needs via ERP.
• Forecast demand with other departments and evaluate inventory levels.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Initiate RFQs, compare offers, award contracts, and administer/expedite procurements.
• Use cost management to identify savings and analyze pricing impacts.
• Build relationships with vendors and monitor performance.
• Conduct vendor reviews and ensure compliance.
