Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Process Plant Operations in Dubai. The role provides frontline control across process plants and export facilities, coordinating staff, monitoring production, and ensuring safe operation within set parameters.

Ideal candidates have strong oil and gas plant experience, knowledge of export operations, and the ability to supervise shifts while maintaining asset integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas process plants or equivalent facilities.
• Knowledge of crude oil production, export, and metering.
• Ability to supervise shift personnel and coordinate with maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise process plant and Storage and Export operations during the shift.
• Ensure oil production and gas supply targets are met according to operating plans.
• Monitor plant conditions and take action to maintain safe, stable operations.
• Coordinate crude oil receipt, storage, transfer, and export activities.
• Oversee operation of pumps, meters, provers, and tanks within export systems.
• Plan and supervise tank commissioning, decommissioning, and related maintenance.
• Review procedures to ensure safe working practices and compliance.
• Assist with competency development and coaching of operations staff.
