WTS Energy in Abu Dhabi seeks a Process Optimization Manager to help review current processes, identify inefficiencies, and redesign workflows with process owners across departments. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting ERP/digital workflow implementations to ensure redesigned processes are properly enabled.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and about 15 years of EPC/Oil & Gas experience, with strong analytical and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or EPC.
• Strong experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis and redesign.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and digital workflow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Map end-to-end business processes and analyze workflows.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Redesign processes and agree changes with process owners.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Support ERP and digital workflow solutions to enable redesigned processes.
• Challenge existing practices constructively and influence process owners.
• Prepare and present findings and proposals to stakeholders.
