We are hiring a Process Optimization Manager for an major engineering and construction company in Abu Dhabi. The role works across departments to review how processes currently run, find the causes of inefficiency, and redesign workflows with the process owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Map business processes end to end and analyse existing workflows
• Identify the root causes of inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Redesign processes and agree changes with process owners
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Support ERP and digital workflow solutions so that redesigned processes are properly enabled
• Challenge existing practices constructively and influence process owners
• Prepare and present findings and proposals to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline
• 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or EPC
• Strong experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis and process redesign
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Good understanding of ERP systems and digital workflow solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and identify root causes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Lucidchart or an equivalent process mapping tool

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM or similar methodologies
• Experience in ERP implementation or optimisation projects
