Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a senior Process Team Lead to oversee process engineering for thermal power plant projects in Erbil. Relocation is required and you will lead a multidisciplinary team through design, procurement, commissioning and handover.

You will review PFDs, P&IDs, heat/material balances and related calculations to ensure safety, reliability and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Additional professional engineering qualifications or relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Process Engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and hydraulic calculations.
• Ensure process designs address safety, reliability, operability, and efficiency requirements.
• Provide technical input to other disciplines and support procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
