Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Process Engineer in Abu Dhabi to oversee technical assurance and compliance within the contractor’s scope, ensuring alignment with codes, standards and project requirements.

The role demands extensive experience in process engineering leadership, interface management with licensors and contractors, and delivering safe, cost-effective design solutions for major projects in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English language (Written & Spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure acceptable HSE performance from Contractor across all engineering activities.
• Monitor and approve process engineering procedures, plans and schedules for execution of the process engineering work scope.
• Monitor, witness and approve contractor and licensor process engineering/design activities as required.
• Coordinate and trace exchange of process documents between IPMT and contractors.
• Single point of contact with Licensor, contractor and Company regarding process design of the units.
• Supervise IPMT process engineering team within scope assigned.
