Job summary

ENOC is seeking a Lead Engineer-Process to act as the technical advisor for process engineering across the plant. The role will monitor process parameters, review lab results and coordinate troubleshooting measures with Operations and Maintenance.

The candidate will perform mass balance, prepare production reports and conduct plant studies and trials to optimize performance. Regular site visits and data sharing with catalyst vendors are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

University degree in Chemical Engineering.
10–12 years of experience in process engineering in oil, gas and/or petrochemical industry.
Proficiency in process simulation software; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Process Monitoring: Review process parameters and lab results to diagnose problems and apply troubleshooting measures to improve plant operation.
Production reports: Manage mass balance and prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Site Visits: Conduct regular plant visits to provide technical assistance to operations.
Studies & Trials: Conduct process studies and plant trials to optimize performance.
Use simulation tools to predict the results of proposed plant improvements.
Catalyst/Chemical Evaluation: Monitor catalyst and chemical life and performance; renew as needed; share data with vendors.
Safety, Quality & Environment: Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures across the section.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Follow SOPs and departmental policies for controlled, consistent work.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve section systems and processes.
