Job summary

Emirates National Oil Company Limited (ENOC) L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a Lead Engineer-Process to serve as the Technical Advisor and SME for process engineering across the plant. The role focuses on applying engineering skills and supporting process changes for Operations and Maintenance.

The position requires monitoring process parameters, mass balance, and production reporting, with leadership in studies, catalyst evaluation, and safety/ENV initiatives to optimize overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with process simulation software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Monitoring: review process parameters and troubleshoot to improve plant operation.
• Production reporting: manage mass balance and prepare daily/monthly production reports.
• Site Visits: conduct regular visits to plants to provide technical assistance.
• Studies & Trials: conduct process studies and trials to optimize plant performance.
• Catalyst/Chemical Evaluation: monitor catalyst life and recommend renewals as needed.
• Safety, Quality & Environment: ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures.
