Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team, focused on delivering large-scale oil and gas projects for ADNOC and other international clients. Based in-office, you will ensure designs meet ADNOC standards, codes, and quality requirements while coordinating with EPC contractors and IPMT to achieve on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 15+ years of oil and gas experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical, team, and interpersonal ability.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Experience with engineering software and general tools.
• Ability to independently plan, organize and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in all Process design.
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate process design with EPC Contractor within project timelines.
• Review and coordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure quality.
• Support installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader/Engineering Manager.
