Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Process/Instrumentation & Control) for the Abu Dhabi base. Fresh graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical disciplines are welcomed to join the UAE team.

The role involves supporting the engineering team on various projects, with a focus on developing basic technical work and reporting under close supervision. A foundational degree and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• 0–3 years of Oil & Gas experience is essential.
• Prior regional experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the engineering team on projects.
• Develop discipline engineering work and assist with tasks as required.
• Contribute to deliverables under supervision within Abu Dhabi operations.

Main Purpose of Role:

Development Discipline Engineering Role to provide support to the engineering team on projects and within the business as required.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant discipline from recognized university
