Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to map processes, identify gaps and root causes.
• Experience leading process improvement projects across multiple sectors and industries.
• Familiarity with BPM tools and modeling methodologies (e.g., Visio, ARIS, IBM BPM).
• Ability to drive change, train stakeholders, and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes across departments and sectors to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement process improvement strategies aligned with best practices.
• Lead process optimization projects from concept to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize data-driven methods to monitor and evaluate improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings to gather input and secure buy-in for changes.
• Create process documentation including SOPs and BPM diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT to automate and digitize processes where suitable.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
