Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Process Compliance Manager to oversee contractual obligations and compliance across UAE, Oman, Qatar and Egypt, aligning with Group Policies. You will lead ethics programs and monitor loss prevention, driving risk-aware improvements.

The role supports finance and legal teams, coordinates audits, supports business development and expansion projects, and ensures processes meet regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Law degree required with strong contract review experience.
• 3-5 years in contract reviews, process compliance or auditing.
• Experience in retail sector preferred.
• Certification in compliance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual obligations and ensure policy compliance across regions.
• Assist in formalizing operational and financial controls to mitigate risk.
• Manage business ethics policies including anti-corruption and AML.
• Draft terms for promotional activities in consultation with Legal Counsel.
• Support audits, onboarding, and expansion projects; coordinate with stakeholders.
