Henan D.R. Construction Group is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Abu Dhabi to manage government‑mandated documentation, visa processing, and regulatory compliance on large EPC projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of UAE PRO experience, hands‑on CICPA handling, and proficiency with WPS and MOHRE portals. Accommodation is included in the package; strong English/Arabic documentation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO; hands‑on experience with CICPA processing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in UAE visa processing, MOHRE portals, and WPS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of government‑mandated documentation for projects.
• Oversee visa lifecycle management including new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Ensure CICPA security passes and WPS files are prepared, submitted, and reconciled accurately.
• Maintain Emirates IDs, medical clearances, and labor contracts for audit readiness.
