Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Business Development leader to drive private-label growth from customer acquisition through product development and commercial closure.

Identify and acquire new private-label customers, build a strong pipeline, conduct market and competitor analyses, and coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Logistics and Finance to deliver samples, proposals and commercial terms that win business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years' Business Development experience.
• Strong preference for FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Private Label exposure.
• Proven track record in new business development.
• Strong negotiation and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new private-label customers.
• Build and manage a strong business pipeline.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Develop opportunities through networking, exhibitions and trade shows.
• Understand customer product and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D and Quality teams.
• Present samples, proposals and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
• Manage key customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Finance for delivery and payment follow-up.
• Provide sales, pipeline and market reports to management.
