TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead preservation and maintenance programs for critical equipment in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining integrity through storage, construction, commissioning, and handover.

You will develop strategies, translate vendor requirements into inspection routines, and coordinate between warehouse, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure compliance and accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in construction or equipment maintenance.
• 5+ years of site preservation experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop the preservation strategy, responsibility matrix and procedures.
• Translate vendor requirements into inspection routines and sheets.
• Coordinate warehouse, construction, vendor and commissioning tasks for equipment care.
• Plan manpower, materials, consumables and specialist support.
• Monitor compliance and overdue tasks; lead corrective actions.
• Record preservation status in completion tracking systems.
• Assess storage and construction changes for preservation impact.
• Plan controlled de-preservation and handover with risk transfer.
