TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead preservation and maintenance programs for critical equipment in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining integrity through storage, construction, commissioning, and handover.

You will develop strategies, translate vendor requirements into inspection routines, and coordinate between warehouse, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure compliance and accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in construction or equipment maintenance.
• 5+ years of site preservation experience.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Lead the project preservation and maintenance programme tomaintain equipment integrity through storage, construction, commissioning andhandover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the preservation strategy,responsibility matrix and discipline specific procedures.
• Translate vendor requirements into inspectionroutines, schedules and preservation check sheets.
• Coordinate warehouse, construction, vendor andcommissioning responsibilities for equipment care.
• Plan manpower, materials, consumables andspecialist support for preservation activities.
• Monitor compliance, overdue tasks and equipmentcondition; lead corrective action for deficiencies.
• Ensure preservation records and inspectionstatus are reflected in completion tracking systems.
