Job summary

Planet is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer for the Middle East and North Africa region. The role is remote and based in the United Arab Emirates, with up to 50% international travel.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Business Development to voice customer needs and enhance Planet's offerings. Occasional on-site work may be required to engage governments and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years with governments and commercial EO in MENA.
• Proficient in GIS and remote sensing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate value of Planet's solutions to government and commercial clients in MENA.
• Lead solution demonstrations and craft responses to tenders, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers' technical and management staff.
