Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a highly experienced Pre Delivery Inspection Manager to oversee all PDI activities across multiple brands in the region. You will drive productivity, optimize processes and costs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong Lean background and leadership of cross-functional teams. You will manage budgets, P&L tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives, developing talent and fostering durable supplier and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering or Automotive equivalent; post-graduate diploma in Business Management is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive After Sales, with distributor and OEM experience preferred.
• Experience in Kaizen, Project Management, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution and Analytics.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office applications, inventory and supply chain management principles, and Lean Production methodology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Multibrand ASU PDI strategy to optimize productivity, customer processes and cost.
• Adopt Lean Production to optimize takt time and cost.
• Drive creation of a PDI competence centre to maximize customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• Design and implement systems for improved customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Manage end-to-end project plans within timelines and budget; monitor P&L and budgets.
• Implement 5S and Kaizen for continuous improvement; lead talent development and succession planning.
