Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or diploma in mechanical/industrial/production engineering or related field, with 10–15 years in PPC within steel manufacturing or heavy industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15 years in PPC within steel manufacturing, rolling mills, or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling, ERP, MRP, and dispatch coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP applications.
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing with planning and coordination capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, capacity, and inventory.
- Coordinate with production departments to align schedules with delivery commitments.
- Monitor progress and report on status, delays, bottlenecks, and actions.
- Coordinate stores, procurement, and dispatch to ensure material availability.
- Track inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and WIP.
- Support IMS audits and maintain documentation and traceability.
