Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Senior Engineer - Power Electronics for Halcon to support design, development, testing, and optimization of advanced power electronics products and subsystems. The role focuses on high-frequency power conversion, motor drives, analog power electronics, and embedded motion control systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products from concept through verification and qualification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
8+ years of experience in power electronics engineering, focusing on high-frequency power conversion and motion control.
Strong knowledge of analog, digital and embedded control systems, including design, integration and verification.
Proficiency with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink and Altium.

Responsibilities

Design and develop power electronics subsystems, including high-frequency converters and motor drives.
Develop and implement embedded closed-loop control solutions to achieve performance goals.
Perform simulation, validation, testing and optimization of designs using standard tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews and document verification activities.
