Job summary
EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced engineer for an Executive-Level role in engineering and defense tech. You will drive design, simulation, testing, and validation of advanced power conversion devices, ensuring system integration and compliance with international standards.
Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of relevant experience, a degree in electric/electronic engineering or physics, and strong English communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electric, Electronics, Software Engineering, Physics or related field required.
- Master degree preferred for advanced roles.
- Experience in defense or high-reliability electronics is valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, test power conversion devices (DC/DC, DC/AC, SMPS, Inverter, motor drives).
- Translate customer requirements into technical specs and project plans.
- Develop and validate electrical systems across life cycle from concept to production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system integration and compliance.
