Job summary

General Write Llc is seeking a Senior Merger Financial Integration Specialist to coordinate financial integration after mergers or acquisitions. The role is fully remote from the UAE, reporting to senior finance leaders and collaborating with accounting, technology, and corporate development teams to ensure accurate consolidation and synergies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-merger financial integration workstreams.
• Ability to harmonize chart of accounts and reporting structures.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and acquisition accounting (IFRS 3).
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and opening balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial integration plans post-merger.
• Align accounting policies, CoA, and closing procedures.
• Coordinate data migration, validation, and reconciliations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
