Al Tayer Stocks - Building & Interior Divisions in Dubai seeks a Post Contract Commercial Lead to oversee large-value projects and manage a junior commercial team. Responsibilities include post-contract QS, variations, claims, and cost reporting with timely final accounts.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of post-contract quantity surveying experience, a construction-related degree, and strong local market knowledge in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Graduate in construction discipline or equivalent (must).
• 7 to 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years post contract quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Assess tender BOQ vs IFC information to update BOQ.
• Float enquiries for final offers from supply chain and adjudicate quotations.
• Prepare sub-contract orders and purchase orders including drawings, programme & BOQs.
• Identify, collate, review, and submit variations to the Employer.
• Prepare and conclude subcontract and Employer final accounts on project completion.
• Conclude commercial matters during defects liability period (DLP).
• Assist in estimation of potential projects when estimation dept is at capacity.
