Job summary
Bureau Veritas UAE seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to leverage a deep UAE network and close PMC and QAQC contracts, targeting consultancy and developer accounts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on ownership of pipeline, strategic proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with technical teams to shape compelling offers and grow revenue in the regional market.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering required with focus on PMC & QAQC contracting landscape in the UAE.
- 10+ years of UAE market experience with proven track record in closing PMC contracts.
Responsibilities
- Leverage an established UAE network to secure PMC and QAQC contracts.
- Own and deliver a personal target of closing 2-3 PMC contracts per year in the region.
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within target consultancy and developer accounts, with direct, measurable impact on sales.
- Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline, ensuring visibility of forecasted revenue.
- Lead pursuit and proposal strategy for PMC/QAQC opportunities, working with Sales Manager, Bid Manager and Proposal Team.
- Manage forecasting and business development pipeline on Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally with Technical and Operations teams to shape competitive, deliverable offers.
- Support account planning and growth strategy for key consultancy and developer accounts.
