Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Lead QA/QC Engineer to lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for a major ADNOC Offshore PMC assignment. The role ensures project engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning and handover meet ADNOC requirements and international standards.

The successful candidate will provide senior QA/QC leadership across the PMC organization, coordinating with ADNOC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in oil & gas, offshore experience.
• Lead or management QA/QC role on major offshore projects.
• Experience with ADNOC or Middle East operators preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore QA/QC requirements and international codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC QA/QC function across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.
• Review contractor QA/QC plans, ITPs and related documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance against quality requirements.
• Provide QA/QC leadership and mentoring.
• Escalate quality issues affecting schedule, cost, safety.
