Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Specialist Planning Engineer to support ADNOC Offshore Umm Shaif Gas Cap Phase 1 onshore project. You will develop, monitor, and optimize integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases, ensuring alignment with ADNOC requirements.

The role acts as a focal point for schedule management, performing critical path and risk analysis, producing progress curves and executive reporting for PMC, ADNOC and EPC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience in oil & gas.
• Experience with large onshore and offshore Greenfield developments.
• Advanced proficiency in CPM scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules across all phases.
• Review EPC baseline schedules for ADNOC compliance and contractual obligations.
• Provide planning and scheduling support to PMC project management teams.
• Establish WBS, coding structures and schedule control systems.
• Perform delay analysis, schedule risk assessments and recovery planning.
• Prepare progress curves, S-curves, and management reporting packages.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
