Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Specialist Planning Engineer to support the ADNOC Offshore Umm Shaif Gas Cap Phase 1 Onshore Project. You will lead planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and forecasting across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start‑up activities.

The role requires 15+ years in planning for major oil & gas projects, strong CPM/Primavera P6 skills, and a track record of schedule risk analysis and recovery planning within a PMC/EPCM

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of planning/scheduling experience in oil & gas.
• Experience with onshore and offshore Greenfield developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and monitor integrated project schedules across all phases.
• Review EPC baseline schedules for compliance with ADNOC requirements.
• Provide specialist planning support to PMC and EPC teams.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule control systems.
• Conduct delay analysis and provide recovery plans.
• Prepare progress curves, EVM and management reporting packages.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
