Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Specialist Planning Engineer to support ADNOC Offshore Umm Shaif Gas Cap Phase 1 Onshore Project (Packages 2 & 3). The role will focus on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting and schedule assurance across all project phases.

The successful candidate will liaise with PMC, ADNOC and EPC teams to develop and maintain integrated schedules, provide analytical reporting, risk assessment and recovery planning while ensuring compliance with ADNOC

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
Fifteen+ years in planning and scheduling within oil & gas.
Experience with onshore and offshore Greenfield developments.
Advanced Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules across all phases.
Review baseline schedules for compliance with ADNOC requirements.
Provide planning and scheduling support to PMC teams throughout execution.
Establish and maintain WBS, coding structures and schedule control systems.
Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
Prepare progress curves, KPI dashboards and management reporting.
Coordinate schedule interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
