Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a PMC Lead Planning and Cost Engineer to support the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role will be based at the client office in Abu Dhabi and requires extensive cost control, planning and contract administration expertise for offshore projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Engineering, with 15 years’ oil and gas experience including 5 years in a similar role and must have ADNOC offshore project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 15 years oil & gas experience with 5 years in a similar role.
• ADNOC offshore project exposure is mandatory.
• Experience delivering offshore project cost control and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation in agreements.
• Evaluate technical bids (PMC/FEED/EPC) for compliance and clarifications.
• Prepare Technical Evaluation Report portions and finalize contract docs.
• Assess variation requests with detailed cost submittals and counters.
• Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects for management approval.
• Coordinate with PMC project controls to ensure procedures compliance.
