Job summary

Worley in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced engineering leader to head the PMC Engineering group and supervise contractor activities across Engineering and Procurement phases. The role requires ensuring competency, coordinating design reviews, and aligning with contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors, FEED/EPC exposure, and ADNOC experience, with strong leadership and cross-discipline coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Experience in FEED & EPC is required.
• Experience in PMC roles.
• Experience in Offshore & Upstream projects.
• ADNOC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PMT and Contractor interfaces to ensure safety, cost effectiveness and timely resolution of all interfaces.
• Provide leadership for PMC Engineering group and oversee contractor during Engineering and Procurement phases.
• Ensure engineering competency and proper resourcing to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate technical reviews, vendor document processing and design approvals.
• Organize project team and motivate members toward achieving defined goals.
• Oversee multiple disciplines and ensure adherence to procedures and governance.
