Wood is seeking an experienced PMC I&C Construction Engineer to represent the Owner (ADNOC) and oversee EPC contractor activities on site in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget adherence, and compliance with ADNOC standards and project specs.

In this role you will supervise construction, manage interfaces across disciplines, drive HSE performance, witness inspections, and support commissioning and handover to ensure a safe, reliable startup for high-profile projects in the energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• At least 3+ years in a similar PMC/ownership role.
• At least 5+ years in a PMC role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects.
• Strong experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM projects (>USD 500M).
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and work practices.
• Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise EPC contractor construction activities for I&C discipline.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and IFC deliverables.
• Validate contractor construction sequences, work packs, and resource deployment plans.
• Identify potential delays or conflicts and recommend mitigation strategies.
